NYC Penthouse

The approach to the penthouse project was to design it from the inside out. Focusing on the interior design first, we emphasized the flow, framed views, textures, and materiality, carefully placing each element together. The client was open to combining colors, textures, and patterns, appreciating the bold richness these choices could bring to the space. In the living room, a chartreuse velvet couch is complemented by custom bookshelves on either end of the room, framing views of Central Park. This view of New York City functions like a living painting. The books, intermingled with objects collected from travels, spark conversation and reflect the owners' personalities.
